I recently had my car serviced at Joe Duffy, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I booked my appointment, the process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the outstanding customer service team and management. The service was completed on time, and as a pleasant surprise, I received a complimentary wash and vacuum that left my car looking and feeling like new. Special thanks to Brian, the manager, for his professionalism and attention to detail, and to the lady Kiera (I'm sorry If i misspelled the name), whose friendly demeanor and helpfulness made the experience even better. Would highly recommend had a small issue after my car had being serviced I wasn’t happy so I got on to customer service and dealt with Brian Davis head of after sales he was absolute gentle man very professional dealt with the situation asap and promptly . Would highly recommend asking for this guy if doing any business with vw finglas
