I bought an new ehybrid from divanes about 16 months, from day one it gave my wife and I trouble
The biggest problem was I was not changing properly. The car came with two charging leads, one was a slow charge 13amp plug, the other was echanging.
I brought the car from cork where I live to  kerry several times  the mechanics could not figure out what was wrong.
The sales and management are only interested in selling a car and sharing the profit, no backup regarding service.
I would advise anyone buying a car from Divanes think carefully.what I  forget to mention, I brought the car to a volkswagen dealer in in city and within 10 mins the problem was resolved
