I’m a fan of MF auto. For years I have trusted their knowledge of the vw vehicles. They always explain everything in detail and they also take pictures to show and tell what needs to be done and what has been done. Honestly I would never dream of taking my vw bug to another company. These MFer’s know their stuff. Great people. Great quality service at a reasonable price. I so very highly recommend.

The work was done amazingly quickly. The service was friendly and clear. Excellent guidance on what future work could be done, with the sense no one was trying to sell me anything. It was not cheap, but I think that is the nature of German cars, not an issue with MF.

Being new to E. TN, and having car issues, I went through several shops including the dealer. All quoting ridiculous amounts of money to MAYBE fix a problem! Absolute Shysters!! Not the guys at MF Auto! They know what they are doing & no BS (very much appreciated) on the pricing, repairs, or fixes (& when it makes sense to do them!). My Jed has found a new home!! (2015 Jetta Virgin 2.0 TDI)
