I recently had my car serviced at Joe Duffy, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I booked my appointment, the process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the outstanding customer service team and management. The service was completed on time, and as a pleasant surprise, I received a complimentary wash and vacuum that left my car looking and feeling like new. Special thanks to Brian, the manager, for his professionalism and attention to detail, and to the lady Kiera (I'm sorry If i misspelled the name), whose friendly demeanor and helpfulness made the experience even better. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service at Joe Duffy and highly recommend them for their exceptional customer care and thorough service. Kudos to the entire team for a job well done! Highly recommended!

My only experience of this outfit is one of frustration and dissatisfaction.We had several issues with a vehicle purchase only 18 months previously and still under warranty.I am not naive enough to think a business doesn’t need to operate on a profit basis but there is also the issue of integrity and decency. Unfortunately, these people only seem interested in the profits side of the equation. Having endured repeated problems with the car I requested a settlement to get rid of it and they came back with a very low valuation or I could trade the car back in to them and buy another vehicle. No thanks. Never again. PS. Joe Duffy sales please don’t bother with the standard ( oh we’re sorry to hear your experience wasn’t up to the standards we strive to maintain) line. You had plenty of opportunities to do what you should have done when I was in contact with your sales people and your Management.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE WHATEVER YOU DO! there cars are way over priced and when you want to sell it back to them they will offer you a seriously lowball offer, the staff are no help whatsoever and some are rude they will be all smiles and nice when trying to sell you the car but goodluck if there’s a problem they turn into totally different people, left my car into get serviced recently and they told me wiper blades and break pads need replacing which i replaced not even two months before i got the service done there a joke everytime without fail that i got my car serviced by them they said there is a problem somewhere and i never agreed with there conclusion so therefore i never replaced/changed the part they said i should and yet ive never been wrong and each time i bring it back up the last problem is never said again it’s something new isn’t that funny! they also scratched my alloys by idiots that can not drive when i left it in to get serviced i would rate them 0 if i could
