I dropped my car in for service yesterday morning. Within 2 hrs i had a video sent to my email address, detailing everything that had been checked and what needed to be replaced. The transparency was amazing. No fear of any hidden extras being added. We also received a complimentary car wash, which was much appreciated. Hazel was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. I had an extremely positive experience buying my car recently from Niall Costello. He made it very easy from the beginning after I sent on online enquiry. He gave me an indicative trade in price for my existing car based on photos I sent him, so it avoided me having to go to the dealership until I had my mind pretty much made up.
