Let me share my experience and feedback: Appointment: Good! 😊 Quotation for service: Good!😊 Customer service: Excellent! Delivery time: One day delayed but it's okay! Replacement vehicle: Yes, provided! Satisfaction: Bad 😞😞😞 I apologize for writing this here, but I wanted to provide feedback to help improve your services in the future. Recently, I brought my VW ID.4 in for a software upgrade and to address a recurring issue (Error drive system: Please Visit Workshop) that has been present since I purchased the car in 2021. I understand that the software upgrade took an extra day to complete, which was agreed upon in advance. When I picked up the car, I confirmed with the service technician that the error would not occur again, and he assured me that it wouldn't happen for at least the next two years. However, shortly after leaving the dealership and driving near the airport, the same error message appeared on the display, causing me to panic and pull over. I contacted the dealership and spoke to the service engineer, who agreed to arrange for the error to be fixed the next day, but unfortunately, nothing happened after that. Additionally, the rear camera was not upgraded, and it was not working properly, which left me feeling extremely disappointed. The dealership informed me that they could not fix the rear camera and that I would need to take a day off to have it fixed elsewhere. I was frustrated that they did not inform me of this before returning the car to me, especially after testing it. Would be happy if the corresponding team sort this out please. In the event that this error continues to occur, my next course of action would be to sell the car. And a Big No to Volkswagen in my life.

DO NOT GO NEAR! Awful Experience with this garage from the day I bought my car from the sales team to the service team! The run around they have given me I’ve been ringing the garage since April with issues Hannah rose told me that my car would take an extra day to be brought up to “Volkswagen standards “ service etc! which was no problem, a few weeks later we had dash lights appear and air con not working at all and I had noticed rips in the leather seats, I was put through to service team they told me to bring it out for a service and for the air con to be fixed and they only turned the dash light off and I was then contradicted by the service team that I bought the car in January and that’s the last time it was serviced and not when I bought the car as stated by Hannah Rose, and as for the rips in the leather they stuck a lump of black glue on and it now looks a lot worse! Stupid issues I’ve been having and just want them rectified and I have been either told that the person I need to deal with is not available and will call me back I’ve not had one phone call back since April, I’ve also gone to the garage personally to get these issues resolved as I am 8 months pregnant and rely on my car, Everytime I go to the garage I’m passed on to so many different people even managers won’t deal with me correctly, I’ve left myself with no car for them to be rectified and the car has come back no different with lights still on the dash I wouldn’t recommend this garage to anyone and have advised my friends and family to go elsewhere!

After-sales service is incredibly disappointing. I purchased a VW ID.4 and was assured that the car was in perfect condition. However, after taking delivery, I discovered there was no washer fluid, the bonnet wouldn't open, and the charging point door opened while driving due to a broken clip. Additionally, there was rubbish under the panel in the boot area. It’s clear the car wasn’t properly inspected before being sold to us, and it took weeks for the service department to return our calls. After multiple visits, they’ve ordered the wrong parts, and we now have to return the car for the third time to address issues that should have been resolved initially. There is clearly a lack of organization and proper processes in place. I expect more from a premium car dealer. I am currently in the market for a second VW vehicle but have decided to reach out to a different VW dealer based on this experience. I also recommend that your sales manager improve their communication skills. The level of service I received felt more akin to a shady second-hand dealer than a premium brand.
