I enjoy the professional and warm manner in which the Frank Keane team present themselves. The automated process for the car service worked smoothly and efficiently. It was never pushy, always supportive with clear communication at all stages. I had an exceptional experience dealing with Nicole in the Service department. This was my second time dealing with Nicole (but for a different car), however, in both cases each car was needed back urgently. She is a great listener and has extremely polite manners. She was dealing with my situation while she realized that an elderly couple was in need at the check-in kiosk as she excused herself to immediately help them. Upon returning she apologized and continued on with the conversation from where she left off. She is empathetic and has high level of emotional intelligence. In short, if I was running any service business, I'd make sure to get Nicole a pay increase, a nice year end bonus, and a promotion within the upcoming year if she keeps delivering like this.
