I presented my car for a service to Western Motors, Drogheda today. Service Advisor was so helpful, she provided all relevant information. Communication was excellent throughout. The health check report conducted by the technician was thorough and detailed. The technician invested a lot of time to produce a detailed report and passed the recommendations. The process of booking my car for service was so easy. I did it online and the next business day the dealer confirmed my booking. A day before the appointment, they sent me a reminder and made a phone call, too. I will not hesitate to recommend Western Motors, Drogheda.
