I recently had my car serviced at Joe Duffy, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I booked my appointment, the process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the outstanding customer service team and management. The service was completed on time, and as a pleasant surprise, I received a complimentary wash and vacuum that left my car looking and feeling like new. Special thanks to Brian, the manager, for his professionalism and attention to detail, and to the lady Kiera (I'm sorry If i misspelled the name), whose friendly demeanor and helpfulness made the experience even better. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service at Joe Duffy and highly recommend them for their exceptional customer care and thorough service. Kudos to the entire team for a job well done! Highly recommended!

Booked my car in for a service (confirmed by automatic email + service representative via email) only to arrive and be told I had no appointment. Was thankfully slotted in but was later waiting 30 minutes after the pickup time communicated by staff to have my car returned, even though I could see it parked outside and finished. Received no apology from staff nor a copy of the service done to the car — was just blankly handed the keys. Very disorganised and not worth paying for — don’t recommend!

My only experience of this outfit is one of frustration and dissatisfaction.We had several issues with a vehicle purchase only 18 months previously and still under warranty.I am not naive enough to think a business doesn’t need to operate on a profit basis but there is also the issue of integrity and decency. Unfortunately, these people only seem interested in the profits side of the equation. Having endured repeated problems with the car I requested a settlement to get rid of it and they came back with a very low valuation or I could trade the car back in to them and buy another vehicle. No thanks. Never again. PS. Joe Duffy sales please don’t bother with the standard ( oh we’re sorry to hear your experience wasn’t up to the standards we strive to maintain) line. You had plenty of opportunities to do what you should have done when I was in contact with your sales people and your Management.
