The service was completed on time, and as a pleasant surprise, I received a complimentary wash and vacuum that left my car looking and feeling like new. Special thanks to Brian, the manager, for his professionalism and attention to detail, and to the lady Kiera (I'm sorry If i misspelled the name), whose friendly demeanor and helpfulness made the experience even better. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service at Joe Duffy and highly recommend them for their exceptional customer care and thorough service. Kudos to the entire team for a job well done! If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid at all costs. Extremely poor customer service. You have to chase them even though you are the one purchasing the car. We were shown the wrong car at a completely different price, then offered an alternative - then after me having to chase them was told the car couldn’t be secured. They knew this information but no phone calls or emails to tell me this. They don’t have any consideration for how much customers are spending or to even communicate with them. They didn’t even have to decency to call me back after a message was left / emails wondering where the car was. Don’t waste your time. We will be going to a completely different dealership. Such unprofessionalism. We have now been left with no new car. It was a mess from the very start.
