Volkswagen Passat 2.0 TDI Alltrack Estate // AA A

I purchased a 2018 Passat from Naas Road Autos last year and have since driven it over 50,000km without experiencing any issues. I contacted Naas Road Autos about the car I was interested in and I dealt with Marc who I found to be very professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help me with any questions I had. As I was coming from the other side of the country Marc sent me a detailed video of the car before I agreed to buy it. The car was in excellent condition, exactly as advertised, and the buying process was smooth and transparent with no hidden fees or surprises. After a year of daily driving and several long road trips, I can wholeheartedly say that my car has been extremely reliable. I will be checking here the next time I want to trade up my car.

Excellent service! Bought a '17 Ford Focus from the dealership. The car was fully serviced and AA approved! Noticed at the time of purchase there was a small tear on the bumper grill, the sales/mechanics team actually failed to notice it during checks. Suraj from the sales team immediately acted on the issue and ordered a brand new bumper grill for the car! Brought the car around to the dealership again to get the grill installed, the whole thing got sorted in less than an hour! My whole experience right from the test drive, to the purchase and to the minor repairs was absolutely seamless! Huge shout out to Suraj and the highly skilled mechanics at the shop! Highly recommended!
