Cannot praise Al Hayes and his team enough. From the minute I arrived on Saturday I was greeted with such professionalism & kindness and I left feeling confident that my needs had been listened to. I rang to book in my car for a service I was speaking to Stephanie the service manager she was very friendly on the phone and gave me an appointment for the next day! When I came in for my appointment I met Stephanie and she was so kind offered me tea/coffee and a room to work she listened to all my concerns. She went through the invoice and a vehicle check with no issues,all my concerns were dealt with and I wasn't waiting too long either. I will definitely be back 5 stars 🌟 🤩
