The service was completed on time, and as a pleasant surprise, I received a complimentary wash and vacuum that left my car looking and feeling like new. Special thanks to Brian, the manager, for his professionalism and attention to detail, and to the lady Kiera (I'm sorry If i misspelled the name), whose friendly demeanor and helpfulness made the experience even better. As a first-time new car buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had at Joe Duffy North Dublin, all thanks to Arran Harte. From the very beginning, Arran was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. I had quite a few questions, and he was always prompt, professional, and patient in answering every single one via phone and emails. He provided detailed videos, arranged a test drive, and guided me through the entire process with genuine care and attention. From choosing the VW car to finally receiving the keys, everything was seamless and stress-free.
