Tyrone was exceptional in his customer service and ensured any questions I had were answered. Tyrone went above and beyond ensuring I had all relevant information before viewing the car through his highly informative personalised demonstration of the car and I felt rest assured that I would be looked after throughout the whole process! (Update to original purchase post) Bought my car a year ago with Stuart and it was due for a service. Made the trek back to Drogheda because I would not go anywhere else, as the service is top tier. Susie sorted all of the work that needed doing and was kind enough to make sure my car was sorted ASAP as I had a long drive back home. Susie was so helpful and checked in at every opportunity to keep me updated on the car and any additional work that needed doing. The lads are very efficient and involve you in the progress of your car while getting work done. The guys in Western are ELITE, I would not go anywhere else to buy or get work done to my car. Stuart and Susie are a dream team and I cannot thank them enough for helping keep me safe on the road (and entertained when I stop in). Car was gleaming from the inside to the outside after the service, thanks guys!!
