I recently had my car serviced at Joe Duffy, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I booked my appointment, the process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the outstanding customer service team and management. The service was completed on time, and as a pleasant surprise, I received a complimentary wash and vacuum that left my car looking and feeling like new. Special thanks to Brian, the manager, for his professionalism and attention to detail, and to the lady Kiera (I'm sorry If i misspelled the name), whose friendly demeanor and helpfulness made the experience even better. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service at Joe Duffy and highly recommend them for their exceptional customer care and thorough service. Kudos to the entire team for a job well done! Highly recommended!

If I could leave negative stars, I absolutely would! This has been the most dreadful and appalling purchase journey I’ve ever experienced with a dealership. Avoid Joe Duffy at all costs—this place is a nightmare! On 11/01/25, I went to view a 241 VW Tiguan, completed a test drive, and decided to purchase the car. I dealt with Evan, who was lovely, but unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. Everything after that was a complete disaster, and I regret not walking away and taking my business elsewhere. A €40,000 car purchase might be insignificant to this dealership, but to me, it’s one of the biggest and most important investments I’ll make in my life. What should have been a simple, exciting, and happy experience turned into a chaotic, stressful, and disheartening ordeal. They’ve completely robbed me of the joy of buying a new car. I’ve now had the car for over a week, and the problems keep piling up. I’ve had to make multiple calls and send countless emails just to chase down the relevant paperwork and logbook. To make matters worse, I recently found out that the paperwork I completed on-site with Kevin, the business manager, on 15/01 wasn’t even done correctly despite my multiple checks and I was still asked by Kevin to provide documents on 21/01, which I had already provided by email to him on 13/01! Adding insult to injury, I received an M50 penalty fine from a journey on 16/01 for my old car—a car I traded in and handed over on 15/01 to Joe Duffy with the logbook. Yet somehow, it’s still registered in my name! This level of incompetence and lack of professionalism is absolutely unacceptable. The staff are clearly untrained and incapable of handling even basic processes. I will be warning all my family and friends to stay far away from this dealership and never give Joe Duffy their business I know I certainly will not be going near them again.

If you have any car problems .Please don’t bring it here because they tend to add more problems than fix it . My sun roof needed a service so i bought it in to Vw charlestown .The sun roof was working perfect the buttons and everything was working perfect . So i serviced it by Vw charlestown .The next day i got my car back . Happy days . So i went to the counter to pay for it . 180 euro it cost me . that’s no problem . They told me some crazy figures to get fixed . 2700 euro for the sunroof to get fixed and the clutch is not best so i to change that too 2100euro. All together 4800 euro . I said i dont have that money at the moment,i will come back later to fix it.Got the keys off them .Drove it off the car park Now The problem is none of the buttons were working . sunroof doesn’t even open .the clutch is acting funny . So i bought the car back to them in the space 5 mins told them the sunroof is not opening .They told me i needed to get that repaired and it will cost me 2700 euro for all the buttons to work . I told them it was working perfect before i gave it to you . the guy just handed my keys back and said nothing can be done about it . It needs a repair. I went to another mechanic got it fixed for 550 euro . If you want to loose money please shop here. If i could give you 0 star i will .
