I recently had my car serviced at Joe Duffy, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I booked my appointment, the process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the outstanding customer service team and management. The service was completed on time, and as a pleasant surprise, I received a complimentary wash and vacuum that left my car looking and feeling like new. Special thanks to Brian, the manager, for his professionalism and attention to detail, and to the lady Kiera (I'm sorry If i misspelled the name), whose friendly demeanor and helpfulness made the experience even better. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service at Joe Duffy and highly recommend them for their exceptional customer care and thorough service. Kudos to the entire team for a job well done! Booked my car in for a service (confirmed by automatic email + service representative via email) only to arrive and be told I had no appointment. Was thankfully slotted in but was later waiting 30 minutes after the pickup time communicated by staff to have my car returned, even though I could see it parked outside and finished. Received no apology from staff nor a copy of the service done to the car — was just blankly handed the keys. Very disorganised and not worth paying for — don’t recommend!

Wouldn’t book a car service here again had the car booked for 9:30am just for an oil change told me to come back at 3:00pm doesn’t take that long too do an oil change anyway told the service manager I did not want the car cleaned because the car has ceramic coating and it need pacific shampoos and cloths etc . Came back to collect my car it had been cleaned now the car has swirl marks all over it now not ownly that had oil finger prints all il the drivers inside pillar of the car and all over the body wouldn’t recommend going here for services on your car STAY AWAY very poor service
