Great service as always. Went in for a service. Completed super quickly with no surprises. The one thing I always notice in Connollys is how friendly everyone is. Fabulous showrooms, with very friendly staff. But I only gave three stars due to one issue. Its not really anything bad,  I was getting my 131 Audi serviced and it took 2 hours. I waited in the showroom looking at some beautiful cars and for the full two hours no sales man/woman came near me. I'm not in the market for buying just yet, but a good sales person would slowly plant the idea in my head, like a test drive or just a chat about cars in general, and then work there magic from there.

Manager Julias just terrible communication with me as a client. Raises his voice when addressing and answers questions arrogantly
