According to their own terms, the highest bidder should win the auction, but the introduction of automated bidding tools compromises this principle of fair competition. Although the rules allow vendors to bid on their own items, there is no specific mention or prohibition of automated bidding, which creates an uneven playing field. This practice undermines the integrity of the auction process and could potentially violate fair competition principles, putting genuine bidders like myself at a significant disadvantage. Very disappointed with this experience.
