I've been to a lot of dealerships over the past 3 months and this has been the best and easiest to deal with. Ian in sales is very professional, honest and considerate. I get my car serviced here occasionally for no other reason than to get a main dealer health check and a computer update (if necessary) . However on the most recent service they missed an obvious oil leak on top of the engine and got quite shirty when I pointed this out to them. At €440 for a basic oil and filter service, I expected better.
