Have had a few issues with my A5 since I purchased it in a different dealership and every time I contact Audi Waterford in particular Ray and Kellie they have been world class in their customer service and how they have looked after me. Had a very poor experience in another Audi dealership and can honestly say how Ray (service manager) has dealt with and resolved the issue there are very few others that would have gone the extra mile for their customers. Really appreciate it guys!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
