Catering Trailer

The horse box has been completely refurbished, with all wooden boards replaced with new boards. This unit has great potential as a bakery or cloud kitchen. High-quality, anti-slip rubber mat has been glued to the floor. The painting was redone last year using primers and high-quality colors. Newly installed electricity by a well-known Irish electric company supports a power of 15 kWh, sufficient to run a baking unit or cloud kitchen with impressive production capacity (ideal for baking bread rolls, pastries, cookies, muffins, pizzas, or for making and delivering food, pizzas etc.). The water installation is not yet connected, but all parts are in the catering box, including a 100L clear water tank, four 25L grey water tanks, an electric pump powered by 220V electricity for high pressure, effective usage of water for all trailer needs, two sinks, two taps. Additionally, two new mudguards and a new jockey wheel have been added. The price includes two German-made convection ovens: the Bartscher AT90 (which was the oven of the year in Germany) with two connecting units so they can be placed one above the other, baking trays, and a single-door refrigerator, all new and never used before. The baking capacity of this trailer is sufficient to deliver baked products to other businesses, or for baking and delivering pizzas to households providing a huge opportunity for significant monthly income.
