Gelato 12k ST designed by Nemox is compact in size, easy to move with brake-controlled wheels and has a vertical churning system required for high quality production. Gelato 12k ST is able to churn 3kg of mixture in 10-15 mins. Hourly production = 12kg/17litres Bowl volume 6 litres Dimensions: w x d x h (mm) 450 x 730 x 1050 The speed of the blade is adjustable between 60 and 120 rpm to allow for best freezing and churn according to the recipe used. The machine works in manual mode and the operator can decide when to extract the ice cream by reversing the direction of rotation of the blade and opening the gate. Can be easily transported and moved. Cleaning is facilitated as a slide with gate and tray support shelf and all parts are made of stainless steel and in perfect condition. It was purchased in 2021 but used infrequently, so is in excellent condition.
