Kitten free to a good home

Black female kitten that is about 18 weeks old free to a good home. Her name is Cassie and she is really sweet and cuddly after she gets to know you. Unfortunately, she is not getting on with my older cat Willow. I have tried everything but I need to take the vets advice and rehome Cassie as much as it breaks my heart. I'm looking for a good home for her where she will be well looked after. She is vaccinated and microchipped but I never got around to registering her microchip. She is littertrained and all her supplies will be included such as food, litterbox, toys, carrier, bowl and paperwork. She is also dog friendly and likes to play with my dog when she's not too in her face.
