Hand painted

On offer, is this fantastic hand-painted double sided pub ad advertising trade sign that would’ve hung outside of the pub to advertise it to passersby. This sign is for the Brewers Arms which is a chain of pubs across England. It was likely produced mid last century. It advertises Whitbread beer, which should be the featured beer and has the Brewers arms logo plus slogan “In God is all our trust.” The sign is double-sided, and has a vintage painted blue wooden frame around three sides. One side is in very good condition. The other side shows flaking and damage likely from wind and other exposure. It measures about 43 1/2 inches tall by 38 inches wide.
