Bought a 2016 Polo from John and Hugh. John brought the car to Dublin for us and when we drove it around town we found a few minor issues. John collected it in Dublin, brought it back to Castlederg and sorted out all the issues. As I once heard said - "people never remember the problem but they never forget how it was managed"  - John and Hugh come highly recommended and incidentally, the Polo is fantastic. Thanks lads.

Recently bought a 2019 Kia Ceed. Fantastic experience dealing with these guys. I’m based in Rep.of Ireland and they couldn’t have done any more for me. They got the Irish plates on the car (just had to send them ID, proof of address & PPS) and delivered it to my door - driving 4hrs+ to do so. The car had new fuel filter & brake discs installed before delivery - genuine Kia parts. They are mechanics as well as car sales so you’re getting a car in tip top condition.
On top of that, one of the headlight bulbs needed changing after a few days, and they posted a new one down.
10 out of 10 for the lads. Couldn’t fault them, and would highly recommend.

Would highly recommend John Mc Hugh car sales, I recently bought a 2016 skoda octavia, and john took care of all the paperwork getting it registered to the south, and then delivered it right to my door in immaculate condition and serviced, so that it would pass the NCT first time.
