I bought a Toyota Hilux from James there a few weeks ago & I couldn’t be happier with the jeep & customer service! They kitted it out with everything I wanted & any issues I had they sorted out immediately. I would 100% recommend Jalex 4x4 for any commercial vehicle.

I have been here a number of times and enjoyed being able to test drive the vehicles without any pressure to buy. I was also reassured when I saw a customer returning to have the pickup that they purchased from the 4x4 team a few years ago further customised- this is always a good sign! I purchased a pickup here recently and had it customised. Friendly relaxed staff that have always more than happy to help.

I bought a Ford Ranger from James in May this year. I could not ask for better customer service and customer experience. There was a small issue with the truck after I'd bought it and the team at Jalex went out of their way to help me. Fraser could not help me enough and really made me feel like a valuable customer. I have already recommended Jalex to others, and will continue to do so. Outstanding.

I've went to to this dealership on two occasions. The first time we were taken on a test drive and left outside the owners house while he chatted to someone for 10 minutes until he told us to drive back on our own. But today was the worst experience I've ever had in any type of sales. The vehicle we viewed was a 2004, only wanted for a cheap workhorse. We went last week to see it as it was "sitting waiting for a test drive" only to arrive and it on a ramp getting work done. Then back today for the test drive and they sent us out in a vehicle with only 2 nuts on the wheels. Getting back they told us the price had gone up to make it in good shape, yet when we pointed out the problems and asked did that mean fixing those we were told its a 17year old vehicle and what do we expect. So then we asked why we would be paying more money. We were told to just take it how it is. Further on in the conversation the salesman met us with the attitude of "what do you not understand". Confused how a sales negotiation can go to the sales men being so rude to a customer for no real reason. A disorganised buisness with a 'take it if you want it' attitude. No interest in customer service. Im not here to slag them off but they need to realise how rude they were to a customer.
