It's good site to find local cars, I've been looking to change my car, and was looking for a ten year old car either diesel or petrol prices still abit high but good site to browse and hopefully something pop up in my price range

Absolutely fantastic service from Mercedes-Benz Portadown from start to finish. The team were top class in all regards and very competitive in price. Even the after sales service was great having put on 4 new good quality tires and filling with a tank of petrol after I had already bought the car. Marc in particular was great to deal with sending videos and service history before I made the journey to test drive the car. 10/10

This may or may not be due to Used Cars NI, but I e-mailed two dealerships about cars for sale, TWICE, and I'm yet to get a reply many weeks later, is this down to a useless messaging system within Used Cars NI? Remember the term, 'First Impressions'!!!

Found a car I was happy with after a long time searching, sent an inquiry through the site, got a call back that day, and a good chat, asked to send on details of my car for trade in, all seemed to be going well, was told he’d work on a price for me,,, that was the last I heard, messaged a few days later to see if there was any progress, again heard nothing,, car was still available for three weeks after this, but is now sold,,, poor enough form for what seemed like a genuine chat and nice crowd

The CarsNI website is excellent – user-friendly, easy to navigate, and offers great filtering options. However, my experience with a dealer I was referred to through the site, BRG Autohub, has been disappointing.

As part of the deal, the dealer promised to send me a replacement handbrake button for the car (the existing one was broken), but it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve tried contacting them several times—managed to get through once and was promised a callback within 30 minutes, but that never happened. My voicemails have also gone unanswered.

During the test drive, the car had only five miles' worth of diesel left in the tank, which didn’t allow for a proper evaluation. I specifically asked twice if there were any issues with the car, and the dealer assured me there were none. However, after purchasing and filling the car with diesel, I noticed a noise coming from the rear. It appears to be broken springs, which are especially loud on bumpy roads. I’m having this confirmed by a mechanic, but the signs are clear.

Given the dealer’s broken promise regarding the handbrake button, their lack of communication, and the misleading claim that the car had no issues, I wouldn’t recommend buying from BRG Autohub. Based on this negative experience, I’ll also be hesitant to use CarsNI in the future.
