It was our first car we decided to take from Ford dealer even we drived Ford for last 10 years.. Joseph from Charleville was so nice and kind to us, explained all the details,gave the best advices. Highly recommend their service. We liked one car in Charleville and other was in Mallow. Co. Cork. So we went there to see the other car, Joe called there to say that we gonna be there. Michael O'Callaghan was waiting for us and answered all the questions we had, such a cutie❤️😂After that experience we took both cars and We are very grateful to both guys for their professionalism and support.

Patrick and the lads are 2nd to none. Friendly and very approachable from start to finish. No smart or short answers. Everything was explained in full in terms of what was done, future care advice, price breakdown etc. One of the lads came outside with me to show me a few maintenance features I wasnt sure about before. I was never rushed out and left feeling genuinely looked after. Great team and great value for money.
