ONLY FOR MICHAEL RENNIE - 5 emails unanswered to various staff members - two phone calls to tell me 'its being looked after' and even after he sorted my issue I got a email this morning to say "I have requested for this to be packaged, as soon as this is ready I will confirm package dimensions etc" and when i replied I got an out of office until next year. FINALLY got Michaels email here on the reviews and he sorted the issue that day - HUGHE thank you to him. As for WILSONS BELFAST you either have grossly incompetent staff or admin structures and that's based off my experience and the bad reviews below. AND why can a company as big as Wilsons not offer inter company delivery ? You advertise Online auctions so if i win something in England or Belfast surely it can be transported with into the company to another Wilsons for collection?? Huge room for improvement but Directors only look at the auctions /money coming in.

Unpleasant staff. I went to collect an item I had won on an online auction. Despite driving 1 hour to the Mallusk Centre and arriving at 10am the woman on reception abruptly told me collections are not open until 11am. Bare in mind there is NO information of the collection process detailed on their website. I also emailed beforehand to ask, but received no response. I decided to wait and at 11pm I walked back into collect my item. On entering there was a staff member mopping the floor and with no other way past, I thoroughly wiped my feet on the doormat before crossing the floor. The staff member gave me a disgusted look followed by a grunt!! At the collection desk, I advised I was here to collect and item showed the pay confirmation email. The staff member looked at me like I had two heads and was speaking another language. He then asked for details I did not have and I explained that other than a payment request and confirmation, I have received no other information. After a long wait he finally returned with my item and I left. Not a pleasant first experience with auctions.
