Citroen Dispatch LWB 120 new Model Dispatch LX

I was buying my first new car and wasn't familiar with the process. Lads in Bolands Waterford did a great job and walked me through everything. Great experience, lovely car!!!!! Fantastic customer service- always available, flexible, all questions answered, I was really well looked after. Very happy with my purchase ☺️ and the service I received. OK. Need to amend my review, the car purchase was great as described above but....there was also €200 voucher as a part of the purchase deal. I'm still waiting to receive it...no replies to my follow up messages, no update, absolutely nothing, been ignored. So I'm questioning the customer service now.

This was our first time dealing with Bolands Hyundai Waterford and we would 100% recommend them. The service provided was excellent. The staff we dealt with were all really professional and helpful and we were completely satisfied with the whole process which was very easy and everything was sorted for us. We were able to collect our car at the time suited us and the little extra touches made all the difference to the overall experience. Although all the staff we met were excellent we would like to give a special thank you to our salesman Rob who definitely went above and beyond our expectations. We would recommend Bolands Hyundai Waterford for their excellent service, staff and the quality of the car we bought. We will definitely be returning to them for future business and will recommend them to family and friends.

I dealt with John when purchasing my Tucson Ex Plus. Unlike most salesmen, he was very honest, straightforward and a real pleasure to deal with. It restored my faith in car dealerships. He managed to locate the last car in the country, of the type I had requested and within a few days I was driving off the forecourt with a big smile on my face. Thanks to John for all the help and quick communication, great customer service and I will be back…once I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this fantastic car!
