As an Italian and a big fan of the Fiat brand, I’m really disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I visited to trade in my wife’s 2024 Fiat 500e icon with just 4,000 kilometers on it, aiming to upgrade to a top-spec model. However, the sales team was completely unhelpful, they kept insisting that they couldn’t sell the car and that I should go back to where I originally purchased it for a valuation.

Following their advice, I did just that and received a fantastic offer elsewhere. Today, we finally got our 2025 La Prima Bocelli, and my wife couldn’t be happier. Unfortunately, this dealership does not seem to represent Fiat well at all, and I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here. If you’re looking for proper service and respect for the brand, I suggest looking elsewhere.
