Only place in Dublin to have seen essential air filter gasket for a Fiat 500 - most helpful in ensuring the correct part. Very cheerful & helpful store room staff.

A huge thanks to the Team withing in Tractamotors Blanchardstown for handling my crashed / damaged car . From the lady at reception , the service manager and  to the owner , a top class service.  Once i dropped the car of , they managed the entire process, dealt with the insurance company and kept me informed along the way. I wasn't aware before , but they service and repair all types and models of car.  Tks again guys !

Bought a second hand car for 13k last September.
**Warning some of this seems petty but it just adds up to create an overall negative experience**
Viewed the car and all was good gave it a good looking over and everything was perfect.sales rep told us the alloys where worth 3k... They are nice and upon checking they are actually worth just over 1k (Did not bother me as I was happy with the price of the car.) Put a deposit same day and was told to pick it up the following week.
Collected the car and it was dirty on the outside but they are just off the motorway so appeared to be dry dust probably washed the day before but when going through the inside there was several empty smoke packs in the glovebox and packets of crisps... I went into the sale office showed them to him and threw them in his bin.. was a strange interaction as he just kind of laughed it off..these where not there when we test drove it the week before..on the way home was obvious the aircon was not working.
Called the salesman and was initially told that they would send a guy out to me that they use. Then a few days later I was told that the aircon guy does not travel anymore and will only work on their premises... Was told it would be about an hour to diagnose the issue.
Dropped in to get the aircon fixed and was told to give them 2 hours... Went for a walk and breakfast came back to the sales office and was told it would be another hour or so.. came back and was told I could take another car as it could take the rest of the day.. just as I go to leave I was told that it actually required a part that they had to order back in and would probably take a few weeks..
Took the car home and when I got on the road I could smell oil which was weird .. when I got home I had the door open and noticed the car matt and carpet under the foot parking brake was filthy stained with oil... Took pictures and sent them to the salesman who apologized and offered to do a valet on the car when I brought it back in to have the aircon fixed... Also the airbag light was blinking and when I told.him he advised it was a sensor that they would also replace...
Along with the pictures off the oil stained carpet there was also some very obvious marks on the alloys.. I was embarrassed to have to ring them and ask why my car was.stained with oil.. had a blinking airbag light and the alloy had a chunk taken out of them...
They told me there is nowhere they could scratch them on their lot and they reviewed security footage but say it did not happen there and for some reason sent me images of a different car on their ramp showing me where their tool boxes are..( why not show me my car on the ramp) anyway turns out I know how they chipped them now. The ramp out of their lot is very steep hill. The alloys come out past the wheel arch and if you hit bump hard enough the wheel arch actually comes down and clips the alloy. So my guess is it happens coming out of the lot on the steep hill.
They offered to paint them but I declined.
Could not prove they damaged them so I just dropped it.
Got the call to drop the car back in for the aircon guy as the part came in.
Grand, came in and had to keep myself busy for a few hours.. then was told they needed more time so they gave me another car for 4 or 5 days..
Went back to collect my car was told all was good.. upon collecting the car the oil stains where still there and the airbag light was still on.. I said it to the salesman and he told me if I left it with him he'd get it cleaned. I was frustrated and told him no I'm too busy and that they had the car for nearly a week and it should of been done.. he asked me why did I not say it to the servicing team about the airbag light and i told him because I had told him... And he told me it was just a sensor... It was very awkward and then he told me that there was a part ordered for the airbag which was obviously a lie.. he'd just forgotten about it. Id of respected it more if I was just told the truth... Anyway so seemingly this parts been on order since last October and I've still heard nothing.

Nice service staff.  Not good for Fiat camper service though.   You may not get what you expect.   I won't be using them again.
