I’m visiting from the United States and I rented a car from Colton. I representatives name was Oleg and he was fabulous and took care of everything and gave me the best possible price. The car was perfect and we had a wonderful trip. John Cerreta, Palm Beach, Florida

Sent an online enquiry late Sunday night and first thing Monday morning, Oleg called with his van availability. Was driving the van within an hour and offered fast and prompt service when I went to the office. Van was clean and comfortable and did exactly want I needed it to. Terrible service. Booked my car in for service and was given a time of 9am. Arrived at 8:50 and was told my car wouldn’t be ready until 4pm. Unreasonable to expect someone to wait 6 hours for a service, and can’t understand why I was told 9am in the first place.
