Received details, via video, of vehicle safety survey and report (with prices) of couple of addition items of work that needed to be done and some that would need to be done in the near future. All expected given mileage. A very transparent process backed by courteous and professional staff. Car was returned on time including wash and vacuum. Very satisfied.
