‼️DO NOT RECOMMEND‼️ Bought a VW UP less then 3 months ago was having problems with it from the start (noises coming from everywhere, cable hanging from under car,GEAR BOX LIGHT FLASHING) after paying €5900 for the car less than 3 months before hand, I left the car in to be fixed and was told he would call us back later that day with a list of the problems that was wrong with the car, two days had passed still no phone call. On the third day I called as I thought it was very unprofessional and strange that a garage I had bought my car from and had left my car in two days before hand to be fixed still hadn’t contacted me to inform me of the problems 3 days after I left it in even though I was expecting a phone call the day it was left there! Anyways I rang to see what was happening with the car and I was told by the owner JAY KHAN the reason noises was coming from it and the gearbox light was flashing was all to do with a cable hanging from the underneath of the car, so I got my dad to call as I thought it was very strange that a one cable was after been causing all this damage and causing the gear box light to flash on my car. He then told my dad on the phone that he was going to get his macanic to change the gear box oil because that was causing the light to flash.(THIS IS WHEN ALL HIS LYING STARTS) so immediately trust is gone we just wanted a refund then because for a so called professional car dealership to sell cars on a day to day basis and not have an answer to his customers just 2 weeks before the warranty ends speaks for its self really. Not to mention the way we wore spoke to then for requesting a refund JAY KHAN YOUR THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON IN THE BUSINESS. Quick enough taking my money but couldn’t care less if the car falls to pieces less then 3 months later. WORSE SERVICE IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.
