I contacted Bright Ford to look into getting a car for my grandmother and dealt with Cormac, who is an absolute gentleman and really helped my grandmother through the purchasing process and afterwords as well. There were a couple of small issues with the car that again Cormac was able to assist with getting repaired, couldn’t recommend more!

We recently got a car from Bright motors in Bray and the transaction was very smooth. The car the we wanted to view was from Bright Navan and Neil from Bright motor Bray arranged the car for us to view it in Bray. He was very accommodating and helpful. Overall, the experience was excellent.

My van needed urgent repairs which was detected during the service. Unfortunately, I was informed that they are currently down to just one mechanic. It could be done in two months! While I appreciate the remaining mechanic's dedication, relying on a single person raises concerns about overall efficiency and potential delays for future customers.

Our van is with ford since the 12/3/24 and nobody can tell me any information about it, what wrong with it, when will it be fixed etc. Its seems it just packed up and its the newest van (201D) out of 8 new vans that we bought from new from Ford.
We had had it in the Bray Ford garage a number of times still not sorted.
We have had to hire out a van that costs us a lot of money. totaly getting the runaround here, its actually embarrassing.
Can anyone contact us to give an update please?
