My partner’s experience with Mercy Motors has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The car he purchased had issues from the very start, including major engine problems and persistent faults that should have been covered by the warranty. Despite countless efforts to get these problems resolved, the dealership’s response was inconsistent and unhelpful. They made promises they didn’t keep, and what was supposed to be a simple car purchase turned into a long, stressful ordeal filled with additional costs and no clear resolution. I wouldn’t recommend Mercy Motors to anyone looking for a reliable car or honest service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mercy Motors. After purchasing a 2016 Volkswagen Passat with a promised warranty, the car developed numerous issues from day one, including engine, DPF, and coolant problems. Despite repeatedly reporting these issues and being assured of repairs, the problems persisted, and the dealership failed to honor their commitments fully. They initially promised compensation towards repairs but later went back on their word. This ordeal has caused me significant stress, inconvenience, and unexpected costs. I would not recommend Mercy Motors due to their lack of transparency, poor service, and failure to uphold promises.
