Check engine light came on in my car. Booked an appointment and got the earliest date I could. Brought the car in the morning of and it was back to me at around 4pm. CO2 sensor was faulty and no charge as it was under warranty. Gave the car a wash too. Delighted with the whole process.

Dropped my car off here yesterday morning and everything was flawless. It was such a pleasure dealing with Nick to book in the car & so easy to drop it off and collect at the end of the day. I was working in the area and they very easily accommodated me. They phoned during the morning with some recommendations and I never felt like I was being ripped off etc. Thanks to Barry for helping me to connect my Bluetooth and Google maps etc afterwards. It’s a pity that the ford dealers beside me here in Dublin don’t understand that this is what customer service looks like. Thanks folks, I’ll deffo be back.

Very happy with all aspects of the service I received in smiths of Drogheda , this is the 22 ford car we as a family of 8 have bought from smiths of Drogheda since 1979. I think that proves the quality of service they deliver
