I had an issue with a van, I bought from another Ford dealership in another part of the country, that dealership asked me to take the vehicle to a local Ford dealership which is Kerry Motor Works. From the outset the staff on the reception were exceptionally friendly courteous and professional. My issue was managed in a quick and efficient manner and I met the service manger when collecting the vehicle who was also a pleasure to deal with.

This is my 2nd time buying a new Ford vehicle from KMW. On both occasions I dealt with a sales executive named Luca. I can not express enough how much of a pleasure he is to deal with, and the main reason I chose KMW for a 2nd time. I am not from Kerry so the majority of the transaction was done over phone/txt, and the only time I had to visit the dealership was to collect my new car on the day. From start to finish Luca was beyond helpful, and made the whole process very smooth. He was very responsive to any query or question that I had. He kept me regularly updated every step of the way. He was very patient (I can be quite indecisive....), and never made me feel like I was being a bother. On the day I collected my car I wasn't rushed through the transaction, and he spent time with me to explain the new features of my Focus. He was so pleasant and easy to deal with. As a person who deals with the public myself I know what good customer service looks like, this was beyond excellent.
