Just popped into VP Motors, my reg plate was loose and falling off, everyone was so helpful! They did not charge me 1c for the repair, it’s so refreshing to experience such kindness. I’m so glad to have found this garage, I will return.

Thank you to Fergal and Dimitri in VP Motors. My car battery was dead when I went to go to work and they got me up and running and wouldn’t take any payment. So professional and helpful on a busy morning! They were absolute gentlemen. Cannot recommend them more, I will be returning.

I was in Galway on business and my car developed a problem, with both front springs collapsing. I had no choice but to get the repair done in Galway. I spent the next morning ringing around for someone to carry out the repair. I got speaking with Fergal in VP Motors, who explained that they were out the door with work but that he would try and sort me out to get me on my way. When I went down to him, I could see that they were really busy but he took it in. Then it transpired that the problem was bigger than first anticipated. However, he fixed the car and got me back on the road that night. The work was done expertly, it was good value and I found their overall levels of professionalism and helpfulness second to none. I don’t live anywhere near Galway, but if I did I know where I would get my cars serviced and repaired. I would recommend VP Motors. Thanks for getting me back on the road so quickly, Fergal. Top man.
