Great choice of Mercedes-Benz car, both new and secondhand. Delt with Paul and Wayne. Lovely people to deal with and quite knowledgeable. Patricia is a lovely lady at reception. Constantly asking if you want tea or coffee and biscuits. I would highly recommend that you visit Gilmores if you are looking for a new Mercedes-Benz.

Wayne was great to deal with. I was offered a competitive trade in price on my C Class so the overall deal we were able to agree on a GLB was fair and reasonable. Couple of minor cosmetic issues with the car after purchase but they were dealt with promptly under the warranty so I really can’t speak highly enough of the after sales customer service. I’ll definitely return to Gilmores when I’m next looking to upgrade my Mercedes.
