Having a fleet that cover over 1.8 million miles a year you can imagine that would come with plenty of problems not 1 problem in the whole off 2024 nothing is to much hassle for Gregg and the team they never leave you off the road and have a full 24hr breakdown service they also go above and beyond with customer service and pricing and we at cityairexpress find them number 1 in the Van rental Market all the guys in the team are top notch and will sort anything out quickly couldnt recommend Rent a Merc enough go to guys

Better value than I thought it would be compared to others where you won't know what van you'll get until you turn up. Here you know you'll get a Merc. Booked on the phone and when I turned up, Kelly was friendly, efficient and helpful. Covid measures all seemed good. Very happy 😊
