I just collected my new car I bought from Fergal in Tom Kenny Car Sales today.   It was a pleasure doing business with Fergal, great sales man and a real gentleman .  Love my new wheels.

Purchased a car 9 weeks ago with the boot lock broken. Was promised it would be posted to me & would pay for the installation.. Had to buy the part myself 4 weeks later after several phone calls & messages & pay for the work myself.. waited 9 weeks for the VLC again took several calls & messages & had to get someone to call into them to sort.. incredibly poor communication & customer service. Avoid at all costs

Applied for finance on car at start of month. No word back or email for around 2 weeks. Rang and asked for a update and they said they ring me back. They never did. Rang again yesterday about an update same story again, told they ring me back straight away. No update or phone call again.
