Peugeot Boxer 2019 no vat 12 month Cvrt

Will people stop making me silly offers offers on 10 / 11000,, I'm quite happy to keep the van if I don't get close to what I want for it as it has been to well maintained and in 3 years it's never let me down !!!!!!! I bought this van in February 2022 it had 108000kms on it at the time, The van has been very well maintained and serviced every 10000 Kms at the same AA approved garage,I had the belt and water pump done when I purchased it, It is taxed until the end of March Cvrt test done yesterday (13/2 ) so has a full 12 month test on it It has 4 brand new Hancock tyres fitted and was just serviced today and the spare key is also here, there are very few marks on the body the worst being at the front of the drivers side rear wheel arch. It has Steering wheel controls electric heated wing mirrors and rear parking sensors, The tow bar was on it when I purchased it but as I don't own a trailer I've never used it, I am a decorator by trade so don't carry excessive weight in it. The rear shelving will be removed prior to sale Any test , inspection or questions are welcome . . I'm in absolutely no rush to sell so please don't make silly low ball offers as I'll just ignore them
