Took my car in here for a trade-in valuation as was interested in purchasing an EV. The sales person was rude, advised they would call back to provide a price on the trade-in and never bothered to get back in touch. Ignored a follow up call requesting an update.
Sleazy, and a pure waste of my time. At least now I know not to do business with this crowd. Shame, reception staff were lovely and the showroom and waiting area is quite nice.  The sales staff bring it down.

I left the car in to be serviced with Kenny's Galway. The car was returned to us with grease hand prints on the car & a broken door lock. No redress, poor service.

Called to this garage this morning to look at new kia sportage.walked around forecourt seen sales guy he didn't approach us.he visibility seen us but no interest what so ever.we drove away and thank fully kia renmore where more than helpful and we will be doing business with them. Kenny galway needs to re train sales staff if ye want to sell cars

This dealership has got to be the worst I have ever come across.
Their after sales service is below standard. I have made several attempts to contact the sales person who sold me an electric car. I have sent several emails, I have been told my call will be returned, I made several phone calls all my attempts to contact sales fell on deaf ears.  They are happy to sell you a car but are the most unprofessional sales team I have ever come across. When you attempt to make contact with the sales person who sold you a car your constantly fobbed off and the calls are never returned.
