I rang to book in my car for a service I was speaking to Stephanie the service manager she was very friendly on the phone and gave me an appointment for the next day! When I came in for my appointment I met Stephanie and she was so kind offered me tea/coffee and a room to work she listened to all my concerns. She went through the invoice and a vehicle check with no issues,all my concerns were dealt with and I wasn't waiting too long either. I will definitely be back 5 stars 🌟 🤩

Bought a 2021 Tiguan from a Limerick VW dealer last year. Car developed an electrical problem could not start engine or if did could not switch off. Dealer offered me an appointment in one months time the only alternative was to get VW Assist to tow car to garage. Assist would not tow only offered to start car so that I could drive to Limerick garage. I contacted Al Hayes motors Portumna spoke to Stephanie Service Manager and despite not buying there or servicing the car she identified the problem took the car in the same day and rectified the problem a 60 euro switch.
