My wife and I first encountered Paul in the Copper Still having his dinner where he was reassuringly, extremely well known. We had returned from overseas and had enquired of the waitress as to where we should buy a car locally. Paul interrupted his trifle dessert to answer our questions and his relaxed easy demeanour had us hooked. We took a lift back to Paul’s garage and left an hour later with a well priced, reliable 1 yr old Fiat Panda. We bought a VW beetle from Patsy Walpole prob 40yrs ago , in 2011 bought a 7seater from Paul for afterschool we had it for 11years going strong ,in 2017 bought Opel from Paul I can certainly say a nicer man that Paul you could not deal with, no wonder they are over 50 years in business ,well done and continued success , 5☆ for sure
