Bought a 9 year old Lexus CT in excellent condition a few weeks back, the communication with the team in Drogheda was courteous and prompt and the whole process, including the refund of the NCT charge, went without a hitch. Bought a car since last July. A part of the car needs fixing and guaranteed it will be done. Been ringing them since then and up until now I haven’t got an appointment. Always reassuring to get me a date and will give an update but its always me having to ring them.

Had really bad experience with Zucars ,the so called agents in there have no proper knowledge about any cars in there, but their suggestions are worst too. The girls in there need more training about things.

I bought a Honda Civic in June 2023, and my experience with their after-sales service has been extremely dissatisfying. The main issue concerns the left side marker lights, which were found detached from the vehicle's body and with water inside the lamp.
Despite reporting this problem, the response has been far from adequate. It's been around five months since I first raised the issue, and I have not received any suitable responses or updates. The marker lights are still hanging loose, and the presence of water inside the lamp has raised concerns about potential electrical damage.
Efforts to contact Zucar through email and phone calls have yielded no responses. Even when I called a few weeks ago, I was given vague assurances that a spare part would arrive within a week, along with a promise for an update. Unfortunately, no such updates or communications have been provided.
My disappointment and frustration with Zucar's after-sales service are profound. This experience does not align with my expectations for a company of their caliber. This situation has left me deeply unsatisfied.
