My wife Bought brand new 2024 rav 4. Paid for a toyota dog guard to be supplied and fitted. They fitted a very cheap dog guard and charged me the full price of the toyota one. I could have saved myself 300 plus euros if I had bought it myself. Never responded to emails or texts enquiring about this. Got the run around from this garage. Wouldn't recommend buying a dog guard of them. Very disappointed customer 😒..Please be careful when adding any extra you could save a lot by checking yourself .please give thumb up 👍if you agreed

It is no wonder John Davey has a yard full of used cars at the back of his garage with a salesman like Neil working for him. All Neil wants to do is insult potential customers. When I came in to look at a used toyota corolla car, I was insulted by Neil the salesman. This salesman would not tell me the price of a used toyota corolla car because it was "just sold and due to GDPR". I have never heard such a ridiculous statement coming from a supposedly sales man. When I asked to view another used toyota corolla, He pointed to where the car was, walked away from me and said he was reluctant to show it to me because I had an attitude. All because I told him, I have viewed used cars in other garages and the salesman there have no problem in disclosing the price the car sold for. I have never been so insulted in my life . In order to post review, I had to give 1 star review, but if I could give zero star I would.
