My wife Bought brand new 2024 rav 4.  Paid for a toyota dog guard to be supplied and fitted. They fitted a very cheap dog guard and charged me the full price of the toyota one. I could have saved myself 300 plus euros if I had bought it myself.  Never responded to emails or texts enquiring about this. Got the run around from this garage. Wouldn't recommend buying a dog guard of them. Very disappointed customer 😒..Please  be  careful when  adding  any extra  you  could  save  a lot  by checking yourself  .please  give  thumb up 👍if  you  agreed

I was really shocked at how much I was charged. I think a bill of over €1,000 for the work that was carried out is completely unjustified. A total blank cheque attitude and I was not informed of the price or asked before the work was carried out. When I said to leave it as it was that I wasn’t willing to pay that amount I was brought out the back where the car was on a lift with wheels off and window out and told that they broke the part when they were taking it out so I had to pay to have it put right. Later when I argued the bill and said they had broke the part this changed to the part was broken so they had to take it out. I felt held to ransom that I had to pay to get the car down off the lift and out of the garage. My car was in from Thursday to Tuesday so there is no advantage of things being quicker at a main dealer either. Very bad experience and won’t be returning.

Left my car in for a service  one Monday  evening  several weeks ago. It was obvious they weren't ready for me as there was no paperwork ready...the service attendant asked me to come back another day as one of their mechanics got acid his eyes....I said this  did not suit me so they gave me  a replacement car and went home...Next day I came back to  collect my car. While I was waiting one of the attendants went into detail explaining to the customer before  me  about what was done to his car and  when the tyres  needed  changing
It came  to my turn and I was asked to pay 235 euros without any explanation.
I went out to my car to see the  dash was still reading that a service was due still.  I went back  in and asked if my car was serviced or not. It was said to me that  their reputation was better than that and they took the car away and  re set the  reading on the dash. I don't know if the car was  serviced or not.  I contacted the manager the following day and  explained what had happened .. he said he would look into it but  haven't heard anything.  I would not reccomend this garage.
