Excellent service and great experience buying my first Toyota. Derek made the whole process easy, even helping to sort out the tax and putting me in contact with an insurance broker who gave me a good deal.

First time dealing with this main dealer. Dealt with other main dealers over the years. Dealt with Niall who was very informative and helpful. I definitely felt in safe hands and that I wasn't being conned. You do have a tendency to think badly on car dealers, but I came away very happy. Would deal with them again. Got car serviced recently. Had it in at 9. Got call at 9.30 outlining parts needed. Gave go ahead. Car was not ready at midday and I was waiting for it. 2.5 hours to fit wiper blades, pollen filter, oil, plugs and fuel additive. Not good

I bought a car from them with a one-year warranty, I was told that if I do the service in their garage, they will extend the warranty for the next year. When I did the service, I asked about the warranty, they told me there is no warranty for Japanese cars. I asked, does that mean your colleague lied to me when he sold the car? The answer was simple yes. Naturally, I did not hear any apologies for the fact that I was deceived when I bought the car. After all this, I can only advise future clients of this garage one thing: stay away from them.
